JOB TITLE (#1549): Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / IC Preventionist - Jersey City, NJ
Minimum of 5 years full-time or equivalent clinical experience
Impact Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)/IC Preventionist to fill an opening with a long-term care and sub-acute facility located in Jersey City, New Jersey
Requirements of the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)/IC Preventionist:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with
- Must have current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing
- Must have an Infection Prevention experience with 1 year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity
- Must have IPC training and/or Certification

- The salary for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 / yr (Based on experience)

Schedule of the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)/IC Preventionist:
- This is for a Full-time position
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)/IC Preventionist:
- The Assistant Director of Nursing is the second highest level of position in the nursing department
- This position takes on some of the responsibilities of the nursing department as may be delegated
- He/she provides assistance in the functioning of the nursing department
- In addition, he/she maintains the safety of the residents, patients and staff in order to minimize the risk of infection or spread of bloodborne or airborne pathogens.
