The Assistant Director of Nursing will enjoy working in this active facility. They will oversee all operations of both the short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing units. This includes patients recovering from injuries and hospitalizations as well as patients who need daily assistance with medical and non-medical needs.
In this comprehensive role, the Assistant Director of Nursing will oversee all administrative operations of the facility. The Director will oversee a staff of compassionate and dedicated full-time employees including RNs, CNAs, and LPNs. This Leader will also have the opportunity to enhance their leadership acumen and executive skills. This includes planning, development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care delivery including but not limited to, Quality, Infection Prevention, and Patient Experience. Candidates with prior experience in Infection Control will earn quick interviews.
