- Trach and/or Ventilator experience
- Develop and execute physician's plan of care.
- Ensure documentation of care in system of record.
- Advance your skillset and be an instrumental part of advancing the skillset of our entire nursing team.
- Complete patient assessments and coordinate care.
- Support field staff in providing the highest level of patient care.
- Enjoy flexible scheduling.
- Participate in the development of clinical policy and procedure.
- Develop leadership skills.
- Facilitate the transition of clients into the home care setting.
- Act as a side-by-side mentor for new nurses.
