We are looking for a clinical supervisor in North Jersey.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the nursing department

- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care

- Coordinate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

- Conduct physical examinations and assessments of patients

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary

- Provide education and health coaching to patients and their families

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [location]

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and other relevant medical disciplines
