Description of Position:
Responsibilities of the Office Aide
- Answers phones and performs receptionist duties.
- Sorts and distributes communications in a timely manner as needed.
- Assists department manager as instructed.
- Creates and updates records ensuring accuracy and validity of information as needed.
- Schedules and plans meetings and appointments as needed.
- Monitors levels of supplies and handles shortages as needed.
- Resolves office-related malfunctions and responds to requests or issues timely as needed.
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies as needed.
- Completes assignments accurately and by due dates.
