Description:

Greets all callers and visitors to the facility. Responsible for sorting and disseminating all incoming and outgoing mail.

• Prepares the phone system for the days operation as well as night calls.
• Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate individual. Will transfer a caller to a voice mailbox when the individual is unavailable.
• Greets and directs visitors to the company.
• Will take and retrieve messages for various personnel.
• Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
• Received, sorts and forwards incoming mail.
