Hybrid work acceptable (flexible hours with half day in the office and half day home)
Job Types: Full-time or part-time
This position will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support including preparing documents, answering phones, and assisting with resolving vendor issues. This person will exhibit strong organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Job Duties:
- Support the company’s and CEO’s daily job schedule
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including managing and ordering office and warehouse supplies
- Anticipate the needs of a busy Executive and support day to day operations including managing team calendars
- Help set up events and meetings - preparing documents and agenda items, keeping meeting notes, and helping with day-of preparation
- Trucking - arrange trucking deliveries as a member of Trucking Team
- Assist with basic warehouse operations, including labeling boxes and preparing outbound shipments
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualification:
- Two years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
- Strong sense of responsibility and can work independently.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English. People skills.
- Mandarin or Spanish language skill is a plus.
- Ability to make logical decisions and apply common-sense approaches
- Quick learner and motivated with good teamwork spirit. Good memory.
- Strong business ethics with professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
Education: Bachelor's or Associate’s degree required.
Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
