Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of goods within the warehouse. Your duties will include receiving shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will work as part of a team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of orders while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment use: Forklift Driving.
Receiving: Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy, and verify quantities against packing lists or purchase orders.
Inventory Management: Ensure proper storage and organization of products, including labeling, tracking, and rotating stock as needed.
Order Picking: Accurately pick products from shelves or bins based on customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
Packing: Pack orders securely and ensure they are labeled correctly for shipping, including proper use of packaging materials.
Shipping: Prepare shipments for outbound delivery, including loading and unloading trucks as necessary.
Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including proper use of equipment and personal protective gear.
Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including sweeping, stacking pallets, and disposing of packaging materials.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and other relevant documentation.
Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals and participate in regular inventory counts.

Qualifications:
Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not always required.
Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
