Immediately seeking a strong, self-managed Install Administrative / Admin Assistant to support the Installation Manager and the growth of the overall exterior home remodeling company focused roofing, siding and windows. Our IDEAL INSTALL Admin has good to advanced computer, spreadsheet/Excel skillsets with light construction experience who appreciates urgency, prioritization and working with little to no supervision. Daily tasks include: scheduling jobs, managing customer needs, filing paperwork, and light job cost / accounting. Admin Responsibilities
Support Installation Manager
Manage Vendor and Customer phone calls and needs
Reviewing and entering job costs and contractor payroll
Create and update customer job information in CRM
Submit timely spreadsheet/Excel reports
Assist Install Team whenever necessary
Skills
Proven experience as an install admin, admin assistant, administrator, office assistant or relevant role is a Plus
Any experience related to residential and/or light commercial installation projects especially roofing, siding and windows
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Excellent knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office and office management software
BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred, but not required for 1-2 Years
