Job Summary

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all disbursements are made in a timely manner and are for items or services which the corporation has received, have been appropriately coded, and that internal control rules were followed.

Requirements

• High School Graduate, or equivalent. Some post high school education preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience in Financial Operations and Account Payable experience required. Previous accounting experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Account Payable software, excellent mathematical skills, organizational and communication skills essential. Ability to pay close attention to detail.
