GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 15 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening for a Client Development Director based in one of our Florida office locations. This position reports to the Chief Strategy Officer. The Client Development Director works with firm leaders to develop and implement client development strategies and leads a team of client development professionals to support the firm’s shareholders in driving revenue while building the firm’s reputation across industry and geographic markets.
The essential duties and responsibilities for this position include:
The successful candidate must have 10 years or more experience of increasing responsibility in a law firm environment, preferably an AmLaw 200 law firm, and have a bachelor’s degree in a related field of study. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are a must. Demonstrated project and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, are required. Necessary computer skills include Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
