The Front Office Agent is responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Hotel front desk experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Must have availability to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays, with shifts typically some time between 7a-11:30p
