Responsibilities
•Leverage excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills to effectively close sales
•Create a positive auto sales experience by taking a knowledgeable approach to presenting used car features, options, and differentiating characteristics
•Accompany auto sales customers on test drives that you arrange
•Confidently navigate used car sales contracts and work with sales management, finance, and service department team members to answer customer questions
•Take a professional approach to your role as a sales associate, whether working with customers in the showroom or collaborating with team members at sales meetings
Qualifications
•One year of auto sales experience, working as a sales representative, or related retail sales jobs is required
•A valid, state-issued driver's license and clean driving record is mandatory
•GED equivalent or high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree a plus
•Requires knowledge in used car features, auto sales, car dealership protocols, financing options, and automotive sales
•Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and an outgoing personality are critical
