Graham Landscape and Design LLC is looking for a full-time candidate who will help to find new people with potential for our team while helping to build our culture alongside the team's Office Manager.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team.

Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who is a detail-oriented, organized professional who can easily recognize talent.

Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition :

Talent Acquisition :

• Identify, source, and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including local networking within the industry, online platforms, social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Candidate Screening :

• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination :

• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and interviewers.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.

Job Postings :

Draft and post engaging job descriptions on relevant platforms, ensuring they accurately reflect the company's culture and expectations.

Onboarding :

• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
• Ensure a positive experience for new employees as they integrate into the organization.

Team Culture :

• Help the team to plan events that bring everyone together
• Assist the Office Manager in retention efforts

Qualifications :

• Candidates must be proficient in Spanish
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills
• Skilled at posting openings online and using a variety of tools and services
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred
• Proven experience in HR management and recruitment
