Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional service to our customers. This is a part-time position- working 19.5 hours per week, on the set schedule below.
Monday 12pm-4:30pm
Wednesday 9am-4:30pm
Friday 9am-4pm
Responsibilities:
-Answering and filtering phone calls from customers
-Collecting and processing customer payments in an accurate and timely manner
-General clerical work
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Accurately enter customer data and update records in the system
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
