Requirements

Proficient in inbound calling techniques
Knowledge of phone etiquette and the ability to provide a positive customer experience over the phone
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Property & Casualty License 

GED or High School Diploma
