A Business Development Performance Manager can help us bring our business to the next level. This key role will require the skills necessary for onboarding, training, performance review and reporting of KPIs. Effective daily operation and management of the CRM software is Key to success.

The Business Development Performance Manager is responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and distributing information from both inbound and outbound calls, to include but not limited to inquiries on certain vehicles, internet leads, and providing general information.
