Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Manager to join our team. As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Field operations include delivery crew, field technicians, and installation crews.

Responsibilities:

- Manage, hire, train, and supervise field staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations

- Coordinate with project managers to develop project plans and schedules

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets

- Conduct site visits to assess work quality, safety compliance, and overall project performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution

- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree

- Proven experience in a management role with at least 5 subordinates

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficient in using project management software and tools

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
