We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in representing our HR department. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about Human Resources, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a team-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll - liason with ADP for outsourced payroll processing
- Benefits administration including open enrollment
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientations
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of data entry in ADP Workforce Now
- Create/update/apply HR policies and company guidelines
- Facilitate/manage employee performance evaluations/reviews
- Work with ADP Business Partner to ensure compliance with all applicable employment regulations/laws
- Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and projects
Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures
- Experience with payroll processing, ADP Workforce Now preferred
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
