Administrative Opening - Bilingual and fluent in Spanish preferred
1st shift hours - 7:30am - 5:00pm (Mon-Fri)
Pay- $17 - $18/hr

Job Details/Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, screen, provide information& direct calls
• Take and relay messages
• Greet persons entering office or showroom
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awarness
• Provide general administrative & clerical duties
• Prepare correspondence & documents including counter quotes and sales staff proposals
• receive and sort mail & deliveries
• Schedule appointments for sales staff members & maintain appointment deary
• Control inventory relevant to office enviroment
• Tidy and maintain the reception area
• Pull small orders for in-house customers

• Proficient in use of MS Word and Excel
• Knowledge of administrative & clerical procedures
