Job Summary
We are searching for a Kitchen Manager to join our team and assist in propelling the growth of our restaurant. We are looking for an individual who takes their work seriously but does not take themselves too seriously.
Kitchen Manager Requirements :
- 2 3 years of Kitchen Manager experience with no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
- Experience in casual dining or polished casual restaurants a plus
- Experience with P&L cost control strategies and labor cost management
- Must be highly organized and communicate well up and down the chain of command
Kitchen Manager Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the exceptional speed of service and culinary operations by managing all aspects of the kitchen
- Direct, motivate and lead the culinary team to excellent results
- Serve as a brand ambassador both inside and outside of the restaurant
Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager Benefits :
