Executive Chef Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management roles, preferably in full-service hotels
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
  • Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management to drive profitability and operational efficiency
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness
  • Some Front of House experience and beverage operations is preferred.
Executive Chef Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership over Kitchen Manager, Banquets Manager, and a team of 15-20 line-level associates
  • Manage key financials including food/beverage/labor cost
  • Weekly ordering of food and beverages for the hotel
  • Cultivate positive relationships with suppliers, partners, and industry contacts to leverage opportunities and enhance business partnership
  • Plan and execute special events, banquets, and catering functions, coordinating with various departments to deliver memorable experiences
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to organize and execute BEOs
