Goodwin Recruiting is Hiring a Beverage manager Near Charlottesville, VA

This exciting position requires at least 2 years in a beverage management role with experience in notable fine dining establishments.

The candidate must be a hands-on leader and developer of teams. Experience in 4 diamond dining rooms and event management is a plus.

Beverage Manager Qualifications :

  • 2 years in the fine dining segment of the industry
  • Certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers is a plus
  • Strong spirit knowledge
  • Proven financial and business acumen; analytical skills, and ability to meet and exceed set budgets
  • Unparalleled passion for hospitality, beverages and wine

Beverage Manager Responsibilities

  • Assist in oversight and management of all aspects of the property and associated internal departments
  • Collaborate with the Director of F&B to address social media comments related to service issues
  • Manage pre-shift messaging and oversee EOD notes as related to daily operations
