This exciting position requires at least 2 years in a beverage management role with experience in notable fine dining establishments.
The candidate must be a hands-on leader and developer of teams. Experience in 4 diamond dining rooms and event management is a plus.

Beverage Manager Qualifications :
- 2 years in the fine dining segment of the industry
- Certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers is a plus
- Strong spirit knowledge
- Proven financial and business acumen; analytical skills, and ability to meet and exceed set budgets
- Unparalleled passion for hospitality, beverages and wine
Beverage Manager Responsibilities
- Assist in oversight and management of all aspects of the property and associated internal departments
- Collaborate with the Director of F&B to address social media comments related to service issues
- Manage pre-shift messaging and oversee EOD notes as related to daily operations
