Description of Responsibilities: Provide Great customer service skills to the stores, admin, and all other vendors/donors. Supervises and assists maintenance team with repair and construction work in the completion of various activities. Responsibilities include supervision of and assistance in performing unskilled, semi-skilled, and skilled maintenance work related to the various departments. Supervise and perform routine assignments for different departments on an as needed basis.
Required Experience:
Supervise and perform carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry and electrical duties as required throughout the company. Meet the requirements necessary to safely and effectively supervise and perform required duties. Delegate duties to team, as well as perform duties as needed. Other duties as assigned.
Required skills: Knowledge of the use, function, operating characteristics, maintenance requirements and basic repair of a variety of maintenance and construction equipment used in repair and construction projects. Ability to properly use maintenance and construction equipment and the tools, methods, materials and practices utilized in facilities maintenance and construction projects; communicate with all levels of coworkers both verbally and in writing; establish and maintain effective work relationships with those contracted in the performance of required duties; able to perform work in all environmental conditions. Knowledge to keep records and logs as necessary.
