Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment and systems
- Utilize the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document maintenance activities
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
- Fabricate parts and components as needed
-Trouble shoot and repair HVAC systems
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects as directed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with electrical systems
- Familiarity with logic controllers and schematics
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical manuals and diagrams
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a maintenance role is preferred
- Leadership skills to effectively supervise maintenance projects

NOTE, we are hiring for 2 different positions:

First position: Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00, with Saturday & Sunday OFF!

Second position: Tuesday through Saturday 9-5:30 with Sunday & Monday OFF!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
