Location: Fort Myers

Salary: $70,000-$100,000(based on experience)

Primary responsibilities:
-Ensure the operation of mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance tasks on conveyor systems, screens, motors, blowers and production equipment.
-Troubleshoot malfunctions to locate source of problems and correct in a timely manner.
-Replace bearings, conveyor belt, rollers, drive belts, electric motors.
-Track downtime and parts/inventory consumption by completing assigned work orders.
-Maintain all equipment to manufactures and company standards.
-Ensure all guarding is in place and proper condition.
-Respond to breakdowns or production line issues in a timely manner.
-Maintain a clean work environment and take care of any company property.

Requirements:

-Minimum 5 of years’ experience in Industrial Maintenance.
-Electrical Experience and Certifications desired.
-Strong knowledge of conveyor systems, recycling processing equipment is preferred.
-Good mechanical skills, ability to weld/ fabricate for minor repairs.
-Good communication skills to ensure managers stay informed of any and all issues.
-Ability to work in loud fast paced environment.
-Self-motivated with the ability to stay on task.
-Ability to support multiple projects, equipment and facilities.
-Experienced CDL A with current license in good standing considered a strong asset

-Excellent communication, leadership and organization skills

-Successfully complete drug screen and background check, which will include previous employment check, and criminal history

-Available to work a full-time schedule with flexibility (overtime, weekend & varying shifts)

-Physically fit with ability to lift 60lbs if needed
