**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for HR functions, we encourage you to apply. Nursing Home experience preferred. Certified HR specialist a plus.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program include Healthcare Insurance
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
**Skills:**
- Proficient in Workers' Compensation procedures
- Experience with Federal EEO reporting and state PBJ reports
- In-depth knowledge of Employment Labor Laws
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to collect and analyze data effectively
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques
- Proficiency in PCC System
- Knowledge of Paycom software
- Strong background in Employee Relations
