**Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor**

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Supervisor to join our team and lead our customer service department.

**Position Overview:**

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our customer service department. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in account management and operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proficient in Excel, and capable of motivating and managing a team effectively. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as our diverse clientele often requires multilingual support. This position will also involve occasional travel to trade shows within U.S. states.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring efficient and effective handling of customer inquiries and concerns.

- Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

- Monitor and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of issues.

- Utilize Excel and other tools to analyze data, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.

- Act as a point of contact for escalated customer issues, resolving conflicts and addressing complaints promptly and professionally.

- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.

**Requirements:**

- Associate or Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.

- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Fluent in Spanish is a plus.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
