Qualifications


Basic Qualifications (not an exhaustive list):

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in talent development and training, focusing on designing and implementing internship programs.
  • Proven track record in crafting innovative training initiatives and fostering strategic partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Capacity to excel both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility to navigate a dynamic schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License with an impeccable driving history.
  • Rigorous adherence to residency requirements facilitating work in the United States.
  • Provide proof of Auto Insurance/Insurability.
  • Innate self-starter qualities coupled with a proactive approach.
  • Unwavering commitment to excellence and elevated standards.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
