Account Operations Manager – Programmatic Media

Who you are:

Causal IQ is searching for an Account Operations Manager, could that be you? The Programmatic Marketing Account Operations Manager (AOM) role is part of the Operations Team supporting Programmatic Performance Marketing for a key, strategic client of Causal IQ. They will be responsible for developing and executing programmatic campaigns both within Causal IQ systems and client-side. This role will support the planning, implementation, execution, and maintenance for digital marketing campaigns across multiple programmatic platforms and for multiple brands within one Causal IQ client. The ideal candidate has 1 years of experience running programmatic campaigns in DSPs and is eager to drive meaningful campaign performance for a strategic Causal IQ client, across media types

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with programmatic digital asset creation and campaign activation across multiple channels. 
  • Assist in the development of media plans and strategy recommendations, client-side. Includes but is not limited to: creating and monitoring tickets for campaign assets and deliverables, monitoring campaign pacing and performance, attending agency and team meetings, building, pacing, and optimizing campaigns in DSPs
  • Provide support for troubleshooting campaign delivery and performance issues and campaign QA, client-side.
  • Assist with campaign optimizations, pacing and reporting in DSPs.
  • Assist team with all executional aspects of the campaign management process. Includes, but is not limited to UTM creation, asset library maintenance, pixel management and campaign attribution QA.
  • Work closely with team members to contribute to the success of campaigns.

Key Competencies

  • Relevant experience or knowledge of digital media, marketing, and advertising is preferred. including basic knowledge of digital media buying, marketing terminology, digital media landscape and channels (OTT/CTV, online video, display, native, steaming audio, targeting strategies, audience creation and data providers)
  • Knowledge in Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) such as DV360 and The Trade Desk and/or paid media channels like Google Ads, Meta and/or YouTube, is a plus.
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail and good time management skills
  • Capacity to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Able to learn multiple advertising functions.
  • Capacity for learning technical software and data dashboards for reporting.
  • Able to think creatively and analytically.
  • Able to work comfortably with slide decks, budgets, and numbers.
  • Enjoys working on a data driven, collaborative and results-focused team.

Experience and Education

  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising operations
  • Degree or equivalent work experience

Salary Range

The expected base salary range for this position is $65k to $75k. We will take into consideration many factors including geographic location, work experience, market demands and conditions, and other job-related factors. The base pay is subject to change and will be determined based on these job-related factors.
