We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to help build our private behavioral health practice.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, dependable, flexible, and accountable. The candidate must have previous administrative assistant experience. Previous health care experience is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and communicate with clients, referral sources, and staff members.
Respond promptly to clients, and staff needs.
Answer phones and distribute accurate messages in a timely manner.
Verify intake paperwork has been received. Coordinate with Billing Specialist.
Familiarity with Office particularly Word and Excel and electronic health records. We use Simple Practice
Setting appointments, ensuring all client paperwork is completed
Work directly with clinicians to assist them with their administrative needs
Data entry, organizing and filing.
Assist the Billing Specialist
Maintain a variety of marketing data bases and materials
Type letters, memos, banners, calendars, and other assigned duties.
Maintain social media and identify needed changes to website.
· Assist with special events
· Pass a background check and drug test
Must have 3 professional references
The position will be part time 30 hours. There will be potential for full-time employment in the future.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
