Looking for a self-motivated outside sales professional to expand sales and educate customers in the Arizona territory.
Will be responsible for growing the territory with new and existing customers, expanding product lines, teaching/training customers and end users about our products, building partnerships, searching for new sales opportunities, etc.
**This is an outside sales position with up to 50% travel required**
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned customers and develop new leads to grow sales within given territory. Conduct ongoing sales calls and training to wholesalers, distributors & contractors.
Help monitor competitive activity and communicate relevant information to management team. Assist with new product roll outs including training, supporting documents, competitive activity, promotions and all other relevant issues. Develop strong relationships with existing and new customer base through participation in meetings, counter days, open houses, ride-a-longs, trade shows, technical school training, seminars, etc. Continue to pursue in-depth product knowledge and selling/closing skills. Will report to and sometimes travel with National Sales Manager, VP of Sales, VP and/or owner.
Must be willing to travel 50% of the time w/ overnight travel required.
HVAC experience a PLUS
Salary – DOE – Salary position w/ bonus/commission potential and expenses paid by company
