Garfield Refining is Hiring an Outside Sales Account Executive Near Phoenix, AZ

The Opportunity - Outside Sales Account Executive (1099 Independent Contractor), Phoenix, Arizona

Garfield Refining is seeking an experienced sales representative who is highly motivated to travel and visit customers within their assigned territory. As an Outside Sales Account Executive, you'd join a well-established organization and mainly focus on identifying new customer growth while servicing existing clients. In this role, you will be expected to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals by selling our precious metals refining services to prospective clients in the dental industry. You'll also be expected to represent Garfield Refining at various local trade shows and conventions throughout the year.

Garfield provides full sales support to its Outside Account Executives as well as onsite and in-field training. You'll be assigned an Account Manager to be your direct liaison to the refining facility, have access to your own custom CRM tools to manage your pipeline and grow your business, and receive brand marketing support to supplement your efforts out in the field.

Qualifiers for a good fit:

  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience, high-volume B2B cold call prospecting is strongly preferred
  • This is not a work from home position; must visit clients in person
  • Willing to travel within their assigned territory
  • Familiar with servicing clients in the dental/medical industries is a plus, but not required; strong relationship builder
  • Elite in-person communication skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starter
  • Energetic, positive attitude
  • Must reside in Arizona
