As the Director, Business Development, you will manage the planning, design, due diligence, and implementation of strategic business development objectives for TouchNet’s OneCard and Auxiliary Services platform of solutions. You will research, evaluate, and manage new strategic business opportunities, entry into niche and new geographic markets, new business platforms, major segment initiatives, and key partnerships and alliances pursuant to the mid- to long-range strategic plans of the segment and enterprise. Support Corporate Strategy & Development team in mergers, acquisitions, and/or joint ventures. Establish policy and strategy implementation. Manage financial feasibility studies to include market analysis, monitoring of competitive activity, and identifying customer needs. May assist with special studies or key projects in areas such as operational effectiveness, capacity utilization and cost containment. Responsibilities: Manage and grow TouchNet’s strategic ID and Auxiliary Services Partnerships to further expand and enhance TouchNet’s platform of solutions and ensure TouchNet’s vision is aligned with the partner’s goals and objectives. Research and evaluate new strategic business opportunities and entry into new markets and business platforms through partnerships. Oversee the entire ID and Auxiliary Services partnership relationships, including alignment of TouchNet Business Development, Product and LifeCycle Management, Marketing, Sales and Executive leadership with corresponding partner personnel. Collaborate with TouchNet’s Product team for the creation of new APIs and integrations to further expand product and service functionality. Coordinate with TouchNet Marketing as it pertains to existing and new offerings, and TouchNet Sales team for enablement of current and new product and program offerings to maximize adoption and revenue. Supports Product and Business Development teams in mergers, acquisitions, and/or joint ventures as it pertains to ID and Auxiliary Services related companies. Locate and propose potential business deals by prospecting partners and discovering and exploring the opportunities provided by those potential partnerships.
