Role: Hiring in Baltimore, MD - Jacksonville, FL - Rochester, NY
The Sales Representative will be selling 401k and 403b Plans to businesses. The Sales Representative will operate in a sales and marketing capacity, focusing on clients and prospects within an assigned territory. Emphasis will be on acquiring new group takeover plans and cross-selling various products.
- Schedule qualified appointments with plan sponsors of 401k and 403b Plans through various strategies such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Work within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new prospects, cross-sell solutions, surpass goals, and successfully close sales.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active FINRA Series 6, 63, and SIE Licenses.
- Two or more years of outside business-to-business sales experience selling 401k and 403b Plans to businesses
- Conduct outbound cold calls into prospective clients.
- Strong relationship building and territory management skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
