Regional Sales Representative- Commercial

We are theMid-Atlantic & New England Region’s premium supplier for PetroleumEquipment Sales and are currently hiring for a Regional Sales Representativewith a strong focus on Commercial & Industrial Bid & Spec business thatwill develop, lead and execute sales strategies. Identifies businessopportunities, expands markets, cultivates relationships, provides valuedsolutions and executes initiatives that will take WildcoPES to the next levelof success. Continuously fosters relationships with customers byproviding on-going support, information, resolution and improvements.

Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to the following:

§Identifies business opportunities by targetingprospects and evaluating their position in the industry; provides a consultativesales approach to better understand business from the customer’s perspective

§Maintain outstanding levels of customer service

§Keep customers current with updated equipmentinformation Consistentcommunication, attention to detail and sales of company approved products andservices at a fair profit margin.

§Serve the commercial oriented customers –architects, engineers, municipalities, mechanical contractors and regulators tospecify, quote and sell WildcoPES’ products and services.

§This position requires an understanding of howfuel and lubrication systems operate including but not limited to vehicularfueling, day tank systems for generators, above and below ground tank systemsand lubrication systems in shop maintenance facilities

§Provide marketing and promotional designs toexpand sales

§Maintain accurate files relating to customercontact, details, and promotional activities

§Analyzes competitors to help identify keybusiness opportunities to expand market reach and develop services; assesssituations and recommend strategies for moving forward

§Remains current on industry trends, marketactivities, and competitors in order to strategically position ourproducts/services; maintains technical knowledge by attending educationalworkshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personalnetworks

§Creates and communicates meaningful Sales andPerformance KPI’s in order to drive profitable growth

§Creates and encourages an atmosphere ofpartnership, collaboration and teamwork with other departments leveragingnetworking across the business

§Forecasts/reports on actual performance, bothfinancially and with respect to customer service performance metrics

§Determine customer requirements for new products& services and introduce new products to existing accounts

Requirements

Requirements:

§3 years of related industry sales experiencewith demonstrated profitable sales

§Advanced knowledge of the petroleum industry

§Application, technical, managerial experience preferred

§Highly effective communicator

§Ability to project a positive image tocustomers

§Ability to look & act beyond the immediate scopeof the job and align initiatives with the company's long-term goals

§Demonstrated ability to build positive businessrelationships

§Well organized and represent the company in aprofessional manner

§Able to deal with a variety of people andsituations in a positive and open-minded manner

§Good listener and strong written and verbalcommunicator

§Entrepreneurial, goal driven, action oriented,self-motivated

§Ability to make key customer decisions

§Attention to detail and deadlines

§Valid driver’s license and good driving record

§Excellent knowledge of MS Office
