We have an immediate need for a full-time, exempt Boston Program Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing programs that are developmentally appropriate in increasing opportunities for all girls and addressing the systemic barriers that impede girls’ success, particularly girls in low-income communities and girls of color. As a strategic facilitator for the development, implementation, and evaluation of the School-Based Programs, the Boston Program Manager possesses the ability to motivate and inspire passion in delivering impactful, mission-oriented programming. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience. As a full-time role, the Boston Program Manager is eligible to participate in the Girls Inc. benefits program.
POSITION OVERVIEW (What we’re looking for)
The Boston Program Manager ensures the alignment and quality of programming with the Girls Inc. mission, policies, and goals for the Boston School-Based Programs. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this role provides leadership in all aspects of planning, delivery, evaluation, and expansion of School-Based Programs in the Boston Public School system. The Boston Program Manager works in close partnership with the leadership team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (What you’ll bring along)
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in nonprofit management, education, business administration, or another related field.
Experience: Minimum of two years of experience working with elementary school-age youth representing diverse cultures, ethnicities, and abilities.
