Futures Without Violence (FUTURES) is a national non-profit and social change organization that works to end gender-based violence and childhood adversity around the world. With offices in San Francisco, Washington, DC, and Boston, we’re a team of educators, strategists, trainers and grassroots organizers who develop policies and programs that change social norms, prevent violence and create the conditions and experiences that children and adults need to thrive.
We are hiring a Program Manager to join our Children and Youth team. The Program Manager (PM) will provide program development, implementation and training support. The PM must be located (and reside near) a FUTURES’ office location.

Overview:
Reporting to the Program Director, the Program Manager (PM) will play an important role in one of our signature projects, Promising Futures . Promising Futures is both a National Capacity Building Center and a growing federally funded grantee program that helps build capacity to support children and their families who are impacted by domestic violence. The Promising Futures team provides support and thought partnership to states, tribes and local grantees and to the larger national audience of domestic violence advocates and child serving organizations.
The PM will work closely with the Promising Futures team and provide guidance to grantee organizations to support them in their respective project implementation and evaluation efforts. The team is looking for someone committed to social justice, racial and gender equity, continuous learning, and teamwork. In addition to the skills identified below, a successful candidate is someone who embraces ongoing experiences of collective learning and unlearning, takes a collaborative approach to problem-solving, promotes solutions, and has a sense of humor. We provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to support the candidate’s growth and leadership.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
This is a full-time, exempt position. The pay rate is $97,500.00 annually. This salary is based on a standardized compensation structure that is transparent across the organization. Please note that the salary is non-negotiable and like all positions at FUTURES, eligible for step increases as part of our commitment to thriving wages for all staff. FUTURES offers excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus tax-advantaged Flexible Spending arrangements for Health Care and Dependent Care. FUTURES employees can take advantage of generous sick and vacation benefits including 13 paid holidays, 3 weeks of vacation to start, 12 days of sick and safe leave per year, and an employer-contributed 401k retirement plan.
