We have an immediate need for a full-time, exempt Case Manager. As a member of the School Age Child Care department, the Case Manager manages the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of case management plans. The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000. As a full-time role, the Case Manager will be eligible to participate in the Girls Inc. benefits program.
POSITION OVERVIEW (What we’re looking for)
The Case Manager partners with the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF) to connect girls to Girls Inc. programming and community-based programs and services. The Case Manager will work with elementary school girls to identify strengths, needs, and goals through a comprehensive systems approach that targets family, school, and community-based support systems. Reporting to the Director of School Age Child Care, the Case Manager is based at the Lynn office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES (What you'll be achieving)
At a minimum, the Case Manager will be responsible for successfully carrying out the following essential functions and duties:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (What you’ll bring along)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience: Minimum of two years of two years of direct service experience with adolescents. Minimum of two years of hands-on case management experience.
