In this role you will spearhead talent acquisition efforts by partnering with hiring managers on hiring strategy, sourcing top-tier candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the full-cycle recruiting process. If you are goal driven and passionate about finding the Top A talent, we want to hear from you!How Will You Make an Impact?Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to assess requirements and come up with innovative recruiting strategies to engage and interview Top A talent in the competitive marketBuild and execute strategies to source candidates via LinkedIn, through personal network, and other tools - curating personalized messages to passive candidatesConduct thorough performance and behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both the technical and non technical skills needed to be successful in GOBankingRates' environment.Maintain ATS system (Greenhouse) by: Tracking applications, referrals, and LinkedIn profiles on ATS systems.Maintaining recruiting inbox for all open positions, moving applicants to appropriate steps from application through hireCommunicating with all applicants on application status in a timely mannerResearch and create job descriptions that are consistent throughout all departmentsCompile and deliver candidate feedback and updates to hiring managers.Take a consultative approach to recruitment and providing strategic recommendation to Hiring Managers around: Sourcing strategiesSelect appropriate interview panelsInterview best practicesBuilding job descriptionsBuild relationships with candidates through the hiring process and their experience at GOBankingRatesWhat Do You Bring to Us?Minimum of 3 years experience in sourcing, staffing, human resources administration or related field.Strong prioritization and time management skills to navigate competing prioritiesExcellent attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient at coordinating tasks in a fast moving team environmentTakes initiative, needs limited supervisionAbove average Microsoft Office skills, advanced Excel skillsProven ability to work comfortably under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism and a positive attitudeCommitment to maintaining strict confidentiality with regards to sensitive informationAbility to collaborate effectively with multiple groups of people and personalitiesExcitement to connect top talent with GBR opportunities and positively promote our brandThe salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 plus bonus opportunities.
