WHO YOU ARE
You are a seasoned HR Director with 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including high-growth start-up experience. You bring a deep understanding of Human Resources practices and can execute across talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, total rewards, engagement, employee relations, compliance, and employee communications. You balance strategic thinking with the ability to execute HR initiatives and projects. You don't mind getting your hands dirty when you need to, in fact, you thrive on those opportunities! You're a person who knows how to set people priorities and engage leaders and teams in them. You are a highly collaborative and communicative team member, able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners across the organization, Board members, and Founders.
As an HR partner, you know when and where to dive in and add value to the business. You are a natural at providing focused leadership, guidance, and vision to the Founders, the leadership team, and the organization that aligns the people strategy with company goals and directs the successful implementation of people priorities necessary to drive our performance and growth.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This full-time role will receive a competitive salary benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and equity. The anticipated annual pay range is $140,000-$180,000, plus bonus and equity. A variety of factors are considered when determining an individual's compensation, including a candidate’s professional background, education, certifications, experience, professional licenses, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed. We neither ask for nor consider the salary history of applicants.
