We are seeking a talented and motivated Accountant / Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare various journal entries such as standard monthly, intercompany and lease accounting entries.
- Maintain general ledger account reconciliations.
- Process and post daily deposits.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly bank statement reconciliations.
- Maintain intercompany transactions.
- Assist with employee expense reporting review and approvals.
- Maintain fixed and intangible assets schedules.
- File various statutory tax reports such as Sale & Use.
- Prepare audit schedules.
- Improve and automate tasks for greater efficiency.
- Perform ad hoc reporting and special projects as assigned.
- Refine and create high functioning accounting processes.
- Assist in implementing new technologies and enhancing existing technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or 1 to 3 years' experience.
- Construction accounting experience a plus.
- Technical knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience working with ERP systems; Acumatica experience a plus.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite; specifically, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
