We're currently seeking an enthusiastic office assistant/receptionist to assist us in managing service calls, scheduling appointments, and handling various administrative tasks.

We are looking for a professional well-spoken individual to be our next team member. Warm friendly communication and a professional appearance are a must. Also looking for:
Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
Able to use most entry-level computer systems
Office administration and data skills
Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
Professional appearance and eagerness to improve in all aspects
WHAT DO YOU DO?
The position is very straightforward here is a quick list:
Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the service advisor
Work cooperatively with the service and other internal teams
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments
Other duties as assigned

A great schedule: Monday - Friday 9 am to 6 pm
