Gilchrist Automotive is Hiring a Customer service rep Near Weatherford, TX

Agency Customer Service Representative (CSR)

The Agency CSR is responsible for receiving all incoming calls, establishing relationships with customers, fact-finding and resolving client account needs.

The CSR interacts daily with the Agency Manager, Agents, support staff and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving inbound sales / service phone calls
  • Identifying the client's needs and assisting agents in completing account management tasks
  • Placing outbound phone calls to potential leads, pivot to exisiting business to create new sales leads
  • Ensuring all clients concerns are addressed and resolved
  • Contacting clients proactively on renewals and updates
  • Mailing documents / letters to clientele
  • Following up after resolution to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
  • Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Excellent problem solving skills

Education and / or Experience

High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Texas Property & Casualty license is a plus!
