Position: Project Manager/Business Analyst (10 Years Experience) Location: Madison, WI
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing IT projects for our client.

- Skilled in managing complex IT projects, leading teams, supporting stakeholders, and implementing IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge and direct experience working as a business analyst/project manager in collaboration with IT professionals to create requirements and develop technical specifications for custom applications.
- Proficient in project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and best practices related to business needs, investigative techniques, workflows, use cases, user stories, comparison analysis, time and cost estimates, data analysis tools, and techniques.
- Highly analytical and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint, legacy applications, and government environments.

- Knowledge of system analysis techniques, business intelligence tools, Oracle databases, and SDLC.
