Who You Are:

GeoMark Research is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in establishing and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth. As a Junior Account Manager, you'll assist senior account managers in managing client relationships and ensuring account success. Your responsibilities will encompass administrative duties such as client visit preparation and monthly expense management. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to provide oversight and input into marketing activities, including social media posts, conference coordination, and merchandise ordering, among other tasks.

What You'll Do:

• Product Knowledge:• Generate a deep understanding of GeoMark Research’s products and services.• Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to effectively communicate value to clients.
• Sales Support:• Assisting with sales activities such as lead generation, proposal preparation and contract negotiation.• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Account Planning:• Develop account plans and strategies to maximize client retention and growth.• Understand clients’ business objectives and align GeoMark Research solutions to meet their needs.
• Reporting and Documentation:• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, opportunities, and contracts.• Develop weekly updates on account performance and activities.
• Administrative Tasks:• Assisting in the preparation for client meetings, including agenda creation and materials gathering• Coordinate with the sales team to collect and finalize their expense reports.• Prepare the company for industry events (conference scheduling, merchandise selection, logistics).• Handling administrative tasks related to client accounts, such as order processing, billing, and invoicing.

What You Bring:
