JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor degree OR 4 years health care management experience or customer service experience involving gathering data from databases, data input, and/or assisting clients.
* State Insurance License(s) or obtain State Insurance License(s) within required time frame per state regulations.
* Organizational skills and decision making skills.
* Written and verbal communications skills including telephone skills and interacting professionally with internal and external contacts.
* PC skills to include Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience or familiar with Access.
