General Job Purpose:
Gentle Consultant Agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and marketing team in promoting our services to marginalized individuals in need of healthcare, housing, and other essential support services. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in assisting with sales activities, coordinating marketing campaigns, and maintaining client relationships to drive business growth and increase brand awareness. Work out of office in Las Vegas, NV
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
-Coordinate marketing campaigns, including creating content, scheduling social media posts, and tracking campaign performance.
-Support the sales team by preparing sales materials, conducting research on potential clients, and scheduling sales appointments.
-Maintain CRM system and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
-Assist in organizing and attending promotional events, trade shows, and client meetings.
-Monitor and report on sales and marketing metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
-Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales and marketing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related field
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
