- Process hotel, limo, show, cabana, golf, restaurant, amenity, etc reservations
- Update and send daily Limo, Room Food Beverage/Room Food Limited, & VIP reports
- Post outside show charges onto guests folios
- Assist Casino Host/ Player Development Executive via email and phone throughout the day with various requests for casino guests
- Interact with various departments Box office, VIP, Room Service, etc.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills, accurate typist, ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate
- Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required; phone experience preferred
- Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration.
- Minimum age requirement is 21.
