You will play a crucial role in defining, leading, and executing their technology, digital, and data strategy. Collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team, and wider organisation to deliver innovative solutions aligned with our digital and data strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a compelling vision and strategic plan aligned with their 2024 goals and beyond.
• Lead the development of sector-leading digital solutions across Care, Fundraising, Research, Policy & Campaigning, and Volunteering.
• Ensure appropriate core platforms for continuous operational improvement.
• Own technology, data, and digital architecture, with emphasis on integration and interoperability.
• Deliver cost-effective digital, data, and technology programs/projects on time with minimal risk.
• Utilise data for improved decision-making and organisational performance.
• Provide thought leadership to the Executive Board on digital and technology's role in achieving the Association's goals.
• Oversee operational activities across digital, data, and technology.
• Develop and implement a transparent, robust, and relevant framework and process for prioritisation, workload, and capacity planning.
• Build and maintain a motivated and collaborative digital team with the skills to deliver the current and future technology needs.
• Address the technology cost base and benchmark spending against needs.
• Establish cybersecurity measures to safeguard the business against cyber-crime.
• Monitor technological advancements, educating staff for organisational benefit.
• Promote digital awareness and cultivate digital literacy throughout the Association.
